The Challenge
A large agricultural financial services organization wanted to strengthen its Pilot Peer Group Program by matching farm operators into effective peer cohorts.
The goal was to help producers build stronger networks, share knowledge, and collaborate with facilitators and other farm operators working toward similar goals.
Our Solution
Pollinate used Cross-Pollinate AI™ and the Knowledge Transfer Index to strategically match farmers from different agricultural sectors into peer groups with trained facilitators.
Each group was matched using farm goals, participant learning styles, and knowledge transfer preferences. Facilitators also received group reports to help members connect quickly and collaborate more effectively.
The Results
Pollinate matched 43 farm operations with industry experts from across Canada, creating peer groups designed to support open sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
Participants showed strong engagement, while facilitators gained practical insights to help each group define goals, build action plans, and work toward key milestones
