Pollinate worked with CRPO to create a comprehensive approach to measuring board effectiveness. Using surveys, evaluation tools, a competency framework and mentoring programs, CRPO members are efficiently prepared for effective and rapid transfer of knowledge.
Using Pollinate’s Knowledge Transfer Index Assessment, Pollinate worked with the University of Guelph Arboretum to help build team synergy to support their master planning cycle.
In 2021, IFPA embarked on the creation of a mentoring program aimed at supporting connection and spurring collaboration for its industry members at its virtual Spring Conference. This program was received with great enthusiasm and in 2023 IFPA partnered with Pollinate Networks to automate, expand, and formalize this program for launch at the following live Spring International Fresh Produce Association Women’s Fresh Perspectives Conferences in Orlando Florida.
The Children’s Aid Society of the Districts of Sudbury and Manitoulin recently shifted their mandate to empowering community agencies operating within their region, to direct their own unique needs for care. Pollinate partnered with CASDSM, their anti-oppression consultants and training organization to create and cross-pollinate these new values and leadership behaviours throughout the organization.
In 2015, MentorNet, Great Minds in Stem, Pollinate, and iAAMCS worked together to amass the experiences of Black students in computing sciences across America. The result was educational content to prepare mentors to partner with Black students and to provide the students themselves the opportunity to hear other people’s stories and add their own.
Pollinate partnered with the Business Centre of Guelph-Wellington to create a custom designed multi-cohort mentoring program that served the varying needs of established small businesses, startups, and not-for-profit organizations in Guelph-Wellington.
In 2019 a Canadian municipality contracted Pollinate Networks to support its 100 leaders in the pursuit to integrate their newly discovered values into leadership practice. In early 2020, the focus of this initiative shifted towards supporting leaders working and managing through rapid change on the front lines of the global pandemic.
A US-based tech start-up with a diverse workforce consisting of employees with many different lived experiences, demographics, and socioeconomic backgrounds has experienced rapid growth over the last 3 years. This growth has resulted in a rapidly evolving workplace culture and has identified gaps in the company’s approach to diversity and inclusion.
Innovation Guelph is a Regional Innovation Centre located in Guelph, Ontario that received an investment from the Government of Canada Women Entrepreneurship Strategy to support women entrepreneurs.
