The Challenge

A large independent provider of record keeping and savings plan services wanted to build a comprehensive mentorship and sponsorship program that supported Diversity and Inclusion goals.

The organization needed a program that could create strong matches, provide meaningful education, and gather participant insights to improve future iterations

Our Solution

Pollinate co-created a mentorship and sponsorship program tailored to the organization’s Diversity and Inclusion standards.

The program included custom educational webinars, supportive coaching, a branded sponsorship eLearning module, and an online portal where participants could access resources and share knowledge throughout the experience

The Results

Participants were matched into both mentorship and sponsorship relationships, with a subset of the pilot group moving into sponsorship matches.

The program saw strong engagement with videos, modules, and education sessions, which were well attended and well received by participants.
