Leading Beyond Boundaries: Building Strategic Leaders Across a Global Enterprise

A global multi-year endeavour, the Leading Beyond Boundaries program is designed to deepen directors’ strategic mindsets and increase adaptability and resilience in the face of constant change and transformation. It covers a range of relevant topics with emphasis on strategic thinking, communication and leadership at the director’s level. JMReid Group hosted 20 cohorts across 3 regions.

The Challenge

A multinational financial services organization needed to develop director-level leaders who could think more strategically, adapt to change, and lead across regions and business priorities.

The program needed to support leadership growth while also measuring mindset and behaviour change over time.

Our Solution

Pollinate partnered with JMReid Group to support a six-month leadership development journey that included behavioural competencies, assessments, virtual learning modules, coaching sessions, and asynchronous learning resources.

Pollinate helped select and administer the assessment tool, supported implementation, and interpreted the data so participants, managers, and regional leaders could understand progress and development opportunities.

The Results

The program created 350+ individual leadership reports and regional executive reports to show capability, progress, and behaviour change.

Participants showed improvement across all four leadership behaviour areas: Navigating Complexity, Inspiring Trust, Fostering Growth, and Delivering Impact. The program also achieved a Net Promoter Score of 55 and a 93% retention rate from the first to final session.
