Collaborative Leadership at Canada’s Insurance Fraud Preventer

Équité Association is a national organization leading the reduction and prevention of insurance fraud and crime and its impacts on honest, hard working Canadians.

The Challenge

Équité needed to support its leaders as they developed leadership capabilities, strengthened culture, and helped build the organization during a period of growth.

The program needed to promote knowledge sharing, connection, and alignment among senior leaders.

Our Solution

Pollinate developed a leadership development program focused on knowledge transfer, peer connection, and collaborative leadership.

Using Cross-Pollinate AI™ and Knowledge Transfer Index results, leaders were matched into strategic learning cohorts. Pollinate also designed monthly leadership sessions where leaders could learn, share experiences, and apply insights to their roles.

The Results

The program launched with Équité’s Vice-Presidents and Directors, creating stronger connection and knowledge sharing across the leadership team.

Leaders participated in cohort sessions, executive coaching, and self-evaluation check-ins, while expert mentors covered topics that mattered most to Équité’s culture, leadership, and business goals.
