The goal of this program was to increase mentee understanidn of organization context at the executive level to assist in determining next-level leaders' priorities

The Challenge

To support Manulife’s most senior leaders as they grow into more advanced executive roles, through an exclusive mentoring program aimed to role model Manulife’s core values and leadership behaviours.

Our Solution

Pollinate co-created a global Senior Leader Development mentoring program with Manulife, supported by custom intake questions, strategic and psychometric matching, and targeted mentoring education across multiple languages.

It included a balance of live learning with self-managed resources and used participant feedback to strengthen the experience as the program evolved.

  • The program helped mentees deepen leadership learning, better understand executive-level priorities, and expand their leadership networks.

  • Participants reported stronger connections, sustained progress toward their development goals, and measurable gains through both verbal feedback and the final program evaluation.
