Pollinate Networks Webinar:

Trauma Informed Mentorship

What does being “trauma informed” mean and how does this apply to mentoring?

Trauma Informed Mentorship Webinar

Join us as we welcome Deepa Mattoo, an award-winning lawyer and intersectional feminist whose work is rooted in equity and anti-oppressive and anti-racist practice. Deepa is the Executive Director of the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic, and works as a consultant with many organizations for strategic planning, social responsibility, evaluation, change management and equity and diversity audit and training.

On November 9, 2023 at 12pm, Pollinate CEO Christy Pettit will welcome Deepa into a conversation about how mentors can be supportive when their mentees are struggling with a delicate topic or have presented a sensitive issue. Most mentors are not trained psychologists, so how can we best inform mentors on how to manage through these types of situations and scenarios?

Date: Thursday November 9, 2023

Time: 12:00-12:30 pm EST

There will be some time reserved for questions and discussion afterwards. This webinar will be recorded and delivered to those who register if you cannot make it on November 9th in person.

Registration is now closed. Please contact us at info@pollinate.net if you’d like a copy of the webinar to view.
