The National Agri-Marketing Association partnered with Pollinate Networks to pilot a mentorship program for emerging agri-marketing professionals. In 2021, IFPA embarked on the creation of a mentoring program aimed at supporting connection and spurring collaboration for its industry members at its virtual Spring Conference. This program was received with great enthusiasm and in 2023 IFPA partnered with Pollinate Networks to automate, expand, and formalize this program for launch at the following live Spring International Fresh Produce Association Women’s Fresh Perspectives Conferences in Orlando Florida.

In 2015, MentorNet, Great Minds in Stem, Pollinate, and iAAMCS worked together to amass the experiences of Black students in computing sciences across America. The result was educational content to prepare mentors to partner with Black students and to provide the students themselves the opportunity to hear other people’s stories and add their own.
